§ 45.1-192. Assistance of federal, state and local agencies.

In approving plans of operation and in issuing rules and regulations forreclamation, the Director may avail himself and his Department of the advice,assistance and facilities of local soil and water conservation districtsupervisors or any other federal, state or local agency.
