§ 45.1-197.7. Acceptance of federal funds, gifts, etc.

The Director is authorized to accept federal funds or gifts or grants fromany source for the purposes of this article and is further authorized toacquire by gift or purchase, but not by the exercise of the power of eminentdomain, such orphaned lands as in his judgment is in the public interest andto utilize any such funds, gifts or grants for the purposes of this article.
