§ 45.1-236. Operations and reclamation plans.

Each application for a coal surface mining permit pursuant to the approvedstate regulatory program shall include an operations plan and a reclamationplan, in such form and containing such information as the Director shallrequire and meeting the requirements of this chapter and regulations adoptedby the Director, including but not limited to the information required under§ 508 (a) of the federal act. Operations plans shall not include undergroundworkings. The operations and reclamation plans as approved by the Directorshall be an integral part of the terms and conditions of the coal surfacemining permit.
