§ 45.1-257. Impeding, etc., Director or agents a misdemeanor.

It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000 or byconfinement in jail for not more than one year, or both, for any person,except as permitted by law, to willfully resist, prevent, impede, orinterfere with the Director or any of his agents in the performance of dutiespursuant to this chapter.
