§ 45.1-270.1. Creation of Fund.

There is hereby created in the office of the State Treasurer a special fundto be known as the Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Fund, hereinafter referredto as the Fund, which shall be administered as set forth in this article. TheFund shall consist of all payments made into the Fund in accordance with theprovisions of this article, as well as all interest earned on money containedin the Fund.
