§ 45.1-273. Definitions.

The following words shall have the meanings respectively ascribed thereto:

"Exploration activity" means and shall be limited to the drilling of testholes or stratigraphic or core holes of a depth in excess of fifty feet forthe purpose of determining the location, quantity, or quality of uranium ore.

"Person" shall mean any individual, firm, corporation, partnership,association or other legal entity.
