§ 45.1-280. Right of inspection by Chief.

For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Chief ishereby vested with authority to inspect at reasonable times and in areasonable manner any area or areas for which he has received an applicationfor a permit, or granted a permit, for exploration activity.
