§ 45.1-282. Penalties.

A. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who fails,neglects or refuses to comply with any rule or regulation issued by theDirector, or final order of a court lawfully issued, shall be subject to acivil penalty, not to exceed $10,000, for each violation. Each day ofviolation shall constitute a separate offense.

B. The Chief shall have the authority to restrain violations of this chapterin accordance with the provisions of § 45.1-358.
