§ 45.1-361.16. Applicability and construction.

A. The provisions of this article shall apply to all lands in theCommonwealth, whether publicly or privately owned. However, no wellcommenced prior to July 1, 1990, shall be required to be plugged or abandonedsolely for purposes of complying with the conservation provisions containedin this article.

B. No provision contained in this article shall be construed to grant to theBoard the authority or power to fix prices of gas or oil.
