§ 45.1-361.5. Exclusivity of regulation and enforcement.

No county, city, town or other political subdivision of the Commonwealthshall impose any condition, or require any other local license, permit, feeor bond to perform any gas, oil, or geophysical operations which varies fromor is in addition to the requirements of this chapter.
