§ 45.1-389. Immunity from prosecution for trespass.

No criminal action for trespass shall lie against the State Geologist, or anyagent or employee of the State Geologist, on account of lawful acts done inthe performance of their duties, including entry upon the lands of any personor persons for the purpose of performing such duties.
