§ 46.2-101. Applicability of title to vehicles on certain toll roads andparking facilities.

This title shall apply to any vehicle and any person operating or owning avehicle operated on any toll facility controlled by the Department ofTransportation or any political subdivision of the Commonwealth.

This title shall also apply to any vehicle and any person operating or owninga vehicle operated on or in parking lots, parking garages, or other parkingfacilities owned, controlled, or leased by the Commonwealth or any of itsagencies, instrumentalities, or political subdivisions.
