§ 46.2-107. Lists of vehicles used for rent or hire, or by contract carriers.

Every person engaged in hiring or renting motor vehicles for thetransportation of passengers or property and every contract carrier by motorvehicle of passengers or property who operates, or who should operate, undera permit issued by the State Corporation Commission or by the InterstateCommerce Commission, as provided by law, shall furnish to the Commissioner,whenever required to do so, a list and description of motor vehicles used inhis business.
