§ 46.2-1077.01. Display of certain visual material in motor vehiclesprohibited; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle on a publichighway to display or permit the display within the vehicle of any image,motion picture, or video display that is obscene as defined in § 18.2-372 ifsuch image, motion picture, or video display can be seen by persons outsidethe vehicle. Violation of this section shall constitute a Class 4 misdemeanor.
