§ 46.2-1160. Towed vehicle defined; exempt from inspection requirement.

For the purpose of this section a towed vehicle shall be any motor vehicledesigned or altered and used exclusively for racing or other exhibitionpurposes at places other than the highways in the Commonwealth where suchvehicle does not operate under its own power on the highways in theCommonwealth in going to or from such places. A towed vehicle as defined inthis section shall be exempt from the requirements of § 46.2-1157.
