§ 46.2-1169. Inspection defined; making of repairs or adjustments.

The term "inspection" as herein used shall not include repairs oradjustments. Repairs or adjustments necessary to bring the vehicle intoconformity with this title may be made by agreement between the owner andsuch station or whatever repair station the owner may select. If suchadjustments or repairs are made by anyone other than an official inspectionstation, such vehicle shall again be inspected by an official inspectionstation.
