§ 46.2-1186. False certificate.
No person shall make, issue, or knowingly use any imitation or otherwisecounterfeit official certificate of emissions inspection.
No person shall issue or cause or permit to be issued any certificate ofinspection knowing it to be fictitious or knowing it to have been issued fora vehicle other than the vehicle identified on the certificate.
