§ 46.2-1507. Penalties.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any of theprovisions of this chapter may be assessed a civil penalty by the Board. Nosuch civil penalty shall exceed $1,000 for any single violation. Civilpenalties collected under this chapter shall be deposited in theTransportation Trust Fund.
