§ 46.2-1515. Location to be specified; display of license; change of location.

The licenses of motor vehicle dealers shall specify the location of eachplace of business, branch or other location occupied or to be occupied by thelicensee in conducting his business and the license issued therefor shall beconspicuously displayed at each of the premises. In the event any licenseeintends to change a licensed location, he shall provide the Boardthirty-days' advance written notice and a successful inspection of the newlocation shall be required prior to approval of a change of location. TheBoard shall endorse the change of location on the license, without charge, ifthe new location is within the same county or city. A change in location toanother county or city shall require a new license and fee.
