§ 46.2-1517. Changes in form of ownership, make, name.

Any change in the form of ownership or the addition or deletion of a partnershall require a new application, license, and fee.

Any addition or deletion of a franchise or change in the name of a dealershall require immediate notification to the Department and the Board, and theBoard shall endorse the change on the license without a fee. The change of anofficer or director of a corporation shall be made at the time of licenserenewal.
