§ 46.2-1527.8. No waiver by the Board of disciplinary action against licenseeor registrant.

Nothing contained in this article shall limit the authority of the Board totake disciplinary action against any licensee or registrant for any violationof this chapter or any regulation promulgated thereunder, nor shall fullrepayment of the amount paid from the Fund on a licensee's or registrant'saccount nullify or modify the effect of any disciplinary action against thatlicensee or registrant for any violation.
