§ 46.2-1556. Operation under foreign dealer's license.

It shall be unlawful, except as provided for by reciprocal agreement, for anyperson to operate a motor vehicle or for the owner thereof to permit a motorvehicle to be operated in the Commonwealth on a foreign dealer's license,unless the operation of the motor vehicle on the license is specificallyauthorized by the Commissioner.
