§ 46.2-1992.13. Location to be specified; display of license; change oflocation.

The licenses of trailer dealers, manufacturers, factory branches,distributors, and distributor branches shall specify the location of eachplace of business, branch or other location occupied or to be occupied by thelicensee in conducting his business and the license issued therefor shall beconspicuously displayed at each of the premises. If any licensee intends tochange a licensed location, he shall provide the Commissioner thirty days'advance written notice, and a successful inspection of the new location shallbe required prior to approval of a change of location. The Commissioner shallendorse the change of location on the license, without charge, if the newlocation is within the same county or city. A change in location to anothercounty or city shall require a new license and fee.
