§ 46.2-1992.18. Collection of license and registration fees; payments fromfund.

All licensing and registration fees provided for in this chapter, except asidentified in Article 3 (§ 46.2-1992.20 et seq.) of this chapter, shall becollected by the Commissioner and paid into the state treasury and set asideas a special fund to meet the expenses of the Department.
