§ 46.2-1992.30. Prohibited solicitation and compensation.

It shall be unlawful for any trailer dealer or salesperson licensed underthis chapter, directly or indirectly, to solicit the sale of a trailerthrough a person with a pecuniary interest, or to pay, or cause to be paid,any commission or compensation in any form whatsoever to any person inconnection with the sale of a trailer, unless the person is duly licensed asa salesperson employed by the dealer.
