§ 46.2-1992.82. Appeals to Court of Appeals.

Either party may appeal from the decision of the court under § 46.2-1992.81to the Court of Appeals. These appeals shall be taken and prosecuted in thesame manner and with like effect as is provided by law in other casesappealed as a matter of right to the Court of Appeals.
