§ 46.2-1993.37. Certificate of title for dealers.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, every dealer shall obtain, onthe purchase of each motorcycle, a certificate of title issued to the dealeror shall obtain an assignment or reassignment of a certificate of title foreach motorcycle purchased, except that a certificate of title shall not berequired for any new motorcycle to be sold as such.
