§ 46.2-1993.80. Equitable remedies not impaired.

The remedy at law provided by §§ 46.2-1993.78 and 46.2-1993.79 shall not inany manner impair the right to applicable equitable relief. That right toequitable relief is hereby preserved, notwithstanding the provisions of §§46.2-1993.78 and 46.2-1993.79.
