46.2-1907 - Penalties.
§ 46.2-1907. Penalties.
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any of theprovisions of this chapter may be assessed a civil penalty not to exceed$1,000 for any single violation. Civil penalties collected under this chaptershall be deposited into the Transportation Trust Fund.
