§ 46.2-1920. Collection of license and registration fees; payments from fund.

All licensing and registration fees provided for in this chapter, except asidentified in Article 3 (§ 46.2-1927) of this chapter, shall be collected bythe Commissioner and paid into the state treasury and set aside as a specialfund to meet the expenses of the Department.
