§ 46.2-1928. Examination or audit of licensee; costs.

The Commissioner or authorized representatives of the Department may examine,during the posted business hours, the records required to be maintained bythis chapter. If a licensee is found to have violated this chapter or anyorder of the Commissioner, the actual cost of the examination shall be paidby the licensee so examined within thirty days after demand therefor by theCommissioner. The Commissioner may maintain an action for the recovery ofthese costs in any court of competent jurisdiction.
