§ 46.2-1960. Operation under foreign dealer's license.

It shall be unlawful, except as provided for by reciprocal agreement, for anyperson to operate a T&M vehicle or for the owner thereof to permit a T&Mvehicle to be operated in the Commonwealth on a foreign dealer's license,unless the operation of the T&M vehicle on the license is specificallyauthorized by the Commissioner.
