§ 46.2-2005.1. Determination for issuance for license, permit, or certificate.

If the Department finds the applicant for a license, permit, or certificatehas met all the requirements of this chapter, it shall issue a license,permit, or certificate to the applicant, subject to such terms, limitations,and restrictions as the Department may deem proper.
