§ 46.2-2011.25. Altering or amending licenses, permits, or certificates.

The Department may alter or amend a license, permit, or certificate at therequest of a licensee, permittee, or certificate holder, or upon a finding bythe Department that a licensee, permittee, or certificate holder failed toobserve any of the provisions within this chapter, or any of the rules orregulations of the Department, or any term, condition, or limitation of suchlicense, permit, or certificate.
