§ 46.2-2011.5. Filing and application fees.

Unless otherwise provided, every applicant for an original license, permit,or certificate issued under this chapter and transfer of a license orcertificate under the provisions of this chapter shall, upon the filing of anapplication, deposit with the Department, as a filing fee, a sum in theamount of fifty dollars. The Department shall collect a fee of three dollarsfor the issuance of a duplicate license, permit, or certificate.
