§ 46.2-2065. Local regulation of qualifications of operators; stands.

The governing body of any county, city, or town may prescribe such reasonableregulations as to the character and qualifications of operators of any suchvehicle as they deem proper and may provide for the designation andallocation, by the sheriff or chief of police, of stands for such vehiclesand the persons who may use the same.
