§ 46.2-2099.13. Unlawful to charge other than published tariff.

No sight-seeing carrier regulated pursuant to this article shall charge ordemand or collect or receive a greater compensation for transportation or forany service in connection therewith between the points enumerated in suchtariff than the rates, fares, and charges specified in the tariffs in effectat the time.
