46.2-2099.21 - Exemptions from operation of article. - Virginia Statutes

§ 46.2-2099.21. Exemptions from operation of article.

This article shall not be construed to include:

1. Persons engaged in operating boats exclusively for fishing;

2. Persons engaged in operating boats that have (i) an approved passengercapacity of twenty-five or less persons and (ii) are operated as special orcharter parties under this chapter; or

3. The City of Hampton when acting as a sight-seeing carrier by boat orspecial or charter party carrier by boat.
