§ 46.2-2099.5. Certificates authorize specific service and routes; ticketrequirements.

A certificate issued under this article shall authorize the holder named inthe certificate to transport passengers from the point or points of originnamed in the certificate over regular routes to the points of interest namedin the certificate and back to the point or points of origin. Each passengershall be issued a ticket on which shall be printed the points of interest andthe fare charged for the round trip. Passengers shall be transported only onround trips without stopover privileges, and no part of a fare shall berefunded because of a passenger's refusal to complete the round trip.
