§ 46.2-2115. Determination for issuance of license, permit, or certificate.

If the Department finds the applicant has met all requirements of thischapter, it shall issue a license, permit, or certificate of publicconvenience and necessity to the applicant, subject to such terms,limitations and restrictions as the Department may deem proper.
