§ 46.2-2120. Filing and application fees.

Every applicant for an original license or certificate of public convenienceand necessity issued under this chapter and transfer of a license orcertificate of public convenience and necessity under this chapter shall,upon the filing of an application, deposit with the Department, as a filingfee, a sum in the amount of fifty dollars. The Department shall collect a feeof three dollars for the issuance of a duplicate license or certificate ofpublic convenience and necessity.
