§ 46.2-2135. Altering or amending licenses, permits, or certificates.

The Department may alter or amend a license, permit, or certificate of publicconvenience and necessity at the request of a licensee, permittee, orcertificate holder, or upon a finding by the Department that a licensee,permittee, or certificate holder failed to observe any of the provisionswithin this chapter, or any of the rules or regulations of the Department, orany term, condition, or limitation of such license or certificate.
