§ 46.2-2151. Considerations for determination of issuance of certificate.

In determining whether the certificate of public convenience and necessityrequired by this article shall be granted, the Department may, among otherthings, consider the provisions of § 46.2-2108.6, whether the proposedoperation is justified by public convenience and necessity, the applicant'scharacter and fitness, and the applicant's compliance with federal, state,and local taxes.
