§ 46.2-2154. Discontinuance of service.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter to the contrary, nohousehold goods carrier shall abandon or discontinue either temporarily orpermanently any service established under the provisions of this chapterwithout permission of the Department and on such terms as the Department mayprescribe.
