§ 46.2-2804. Towing and Recovery Operators Board Fund; receipts;disbursements.

The Board of Towing and Recovery Operators Fund (the Fund) is established asa special fund in the state treasury. Except as otherwise provided in thischapter, all fees collected as provided in this chapter and by regulationspromulgated by the Board, shall be paid into the state treasury immediatelyupon collection and credited to the Fund. Any interest income shall accrue tothe Fund. All disbursements from the Fund shall be made by the StateTreasurer upon warrants of the Comptroller issued upon vouchers signed by anauthorized officer of the Board or the executive director as authorized bythe Board.
