§ 46.2-2806. Annual report.

The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor and the GeneralAssembly on or before November 1 of each year. The report shall contain, at aminimum, the following information: (i) a summary of the Board's fiscalaffairs, (ii) a description of the Board's activities, (iii) statisticalinformation regarding the administrative hearings and decisions of the Board,and (iv) a general summary of all complaints received against licensees andthe procedures used to resolve the complaints.
