§ 46.2-2812. Licenses required.

On and after July 1, 2009, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage inbusiness in the Commonwealth as a towing and recovery operator without firstobtaining a license as a Class A or Class B operator as provided in thischapter. Any violation of any provision of this section on or after July 1,2009, shall constitute a Class 1 misdemeanor.
