§ 46.2-2816. License fees required by law; collection of license fees;payments from Fund.

The fee for each license year or part thereof shall be determined by theBoard, but shall not exceed 10 percent more than the amount sufficient togenerate revenues adequate to cover the Board's costs of operation for theyear. All application and licensing fees provided for in this chapter shallbe established and collected by the Board and paid into the state treasuryand set aside as a special fund to meet the expenses of the Board.
