§ 46.2-2821. Report of conviction or injunction to Board; revocation orsuspension of license or registration.

It shall be the duty of any person who is convicted of any violation of thischapter or enjoined from unlawfully engaging in towing and recovery servicesto report the same to the Board within 30 days. The Board may thereuponsuspend or revoke any license or registration held by the person so convictedor enjoined. Any person who fails to report such conviction to the Boardwithin 30 days shall be subject to a fine assessed by the Board not to exceed$1,000.
