§ 46.2-2825.2. Appeals from action of the Board.

Any person aggrieved by the action of the Board in refusing to grant or renewa license or driver authorization document issued under this chapter, or byany other action of the Board that is alleged to be improper, unreasonable,or unlawful under the provisions of this chapter, shall be entitled tojudicial review in accordance with the provisions of the AdministrativeProcess Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
